A boutique property management company is currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team and manage a mid-size apartment community located in the Boise metro area. We are a full service multi-family property management organization seeking talented and dedicated industry professionals who share our commitment to exceeding the standards of conventional property management. Property Manager The Property Manager will effectively manage and coordinate staff, third-party vendors and resources, and residents to perpetuate a healthy and vibrant community. Responsibilities: • Initiate and manage all core business processes • Ensure office is opened on schedule and that the office, common areas and vacant apartments are maintained in a clean condition • Welcome and show all prospective residents the property • Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments • Answer incoming calls and questions professionally • Create a clear realistic vision for the property and effectively communicate expectations and direction to the other staff members • Keep abreast of industry trends and work with senior company management to meet operational goals • Identify and overcome barriers to the successful operation of the community • Hold regular staff meetings to present goals, monitor the achievement of those goals, and identify future goals and objectives for the community and all staff members • Seek out and utilize available resources to optimize community performance • Supervise, train and lead staff members to achieve the goals of the property Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess superior customer services skills, demonstrate a familiarity with residential property management standards and principals, and be available to work regular business hours during a mutually agreed upon five day schedule. This is a full-time position. Rural Development experience a plus.
