This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (logistics, engineering, transportation) or a minimum of 5 years fleet maintenance management or equivalent. Must have a current CDL or acquire one. Responsible for supervising 7 mechanics and company fleet of route trucks, transports, and trailers in a three state area. Develop and maintain set levels. Responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance schedules within EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations. Responsible for the purchasing of all parts for company fleet. Manage employee scheduling, recruiting, training and developing subordinates.
