Seeking on-site manager for a 40+ apartment complex located on the Westside of Bend, OR. There are just light duties that include: Showing apartments to prospective tenants, inspecting apartments, cleaning laundry room & minor trash pick up of grounds. There is no rent collection required or screening of applicants and you will have much flexibility on office hours. The position requires some previous property management experience and living on-site in a non-smoking, remodeled 3 bedroom apartment home. Compensation includes an apartment, utilities & a $300 salary each month. Like I stated, there are few duties. We have an immediate opening and are eager to fill it!
