Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, reservations, supervising housekeeping (and doing it oneself on some slow winter days), supervising a weekend manager, setting up a breakfast buffet by 6 am each morning, shopping for the business, marketing the business, managing maintenance work, accounting and anything else required to make the business run smoothly.
