Some responsibilities include: - Typing and proofreading all correspondence/word processing, responses, reports, and spreadsheets - Answering phones in a professional manner, attending to a heavy call volume - Preparing slide presentations and coordinating projects with Reproduction, as needed - Setting up conference calls - Preparing time and expense reports - Prioritizing and routing action items, and following-up on completion of work - Coordinating travel plans, hotels, and car service - Planning and scheduling meetings, and maintaining a calendar - Meeting and greeting high-level clients and other visitors - Opening, organizing, sorting, routing and responding to emails and faxes - Organizing files - Providing back-up support to other Executive Assistants, as needed Location: Albuquerque Compensation: $30,297 - $137,277 This is a part-time job.
