Responsibilities: - Answering phones, screening calls, taking messages and addressing routine inquires. - Managing calendars and overall Company scheduling. - Coordinating travel arrangements in a time efficient manner. - Facilitating communications between employees, staff and or investors. - Coordinating department?s needs such as supplies, facilities request, technology request and expense tracking. - Maintaining files and completing filing as needed. - Opening, organizing, and distribution mail and faxes. - Completing various typing assignments. - Completing other projects or special assignments when requested. - Copying and assembling reports or documents.
