ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER Contract and Full Time available– Downtown Boise Leader in SEC & Financial Reporting is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Asst. Production Manager in its downtown Boise office. This individual will assist in the creation, production and order processing of financial reporting documents and interact directly with clients. With room for advancement, this role provides a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, organized and results driven person. Responsibilities: • Preparing and filing SEC EDGAR reporting documents in both HTML and XBRL • Interacting with clients and maintaining relationships via email and telephone. • Actively participating in new-client acquisition. • Handling multiple priorities regarding research, reviewing and entering order data. • Acting as assistant to two SVPs of Production. Requirements: • Solid computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. • Knowledge of HTML code a plus • Solid understanding of the SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus • Must be adaptable and able to work under tight deadlines • Team player who can handle responsibilities independently and within a team environment. • Great communication, organizational and time management skills • Excellent phone etiquette & strong customer service background is recommended • Excellent oral and written communications skills • Creative and enthusiastic • Bachelor’s degree recommended, but not required • Administrative experience in corporate/professional office, 1 year preferred • Punctuality & reliability are necessities Salary: 3 – 6 month contract to start – 3 days per week beginning at $3,000 per month - with full time option and full benefits possible at the end of original contract.
