Apartment Manager Job Description: This position is responsible for managing two Section 42 Tax Credit multifamily properties, totaling 73 units. Overall Responsibilities: Providing stellar customer service and phone communications, building strong and loyal relationships with valued Residents, leasing, collecting rents, administering lease provisions, unit inspections, property curb appeal, minor laundry room and garage porter duties, audit and compliance of all TC files, assessing maintenance issues, etc. Ideal candidate must posses the following skills: -Outgoing, friendly, positive disposition -Section 42 Tax Credit experience preferred, Certification preferred -Outstanding interpersonal skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Exceptional customer service skills -Strong attention to detail -Ability to maintain positive disposition in a fast-paced environment -Basic office skills; basic computer skills -Ability to work alone and as part of the team -Strong conflict resolution skills -Basic maintenance skills -Ability to set and accomplish goals -Organizational & time management skills Candidate must be able to work weekends and evenings and have a flexible schedule; must have reliable transportation. Compensation includes: Base salary, leasing commissions, and quarterly performance bonus.
