Business Analyst / Project Manager Essential Job Functions of Business Analyst/Project Manager: * Project manage large cross functional initiatives * Research, organize, analyze and communicate both verbal and written analysis on internal and external data for multiple departments and disciplines * Establish clear and effective communication paths with all departments in order to understand and provide needed information * Present recommendations to executives on various initiatives related to expansion, structure, process improvement, new facilities, and other initiatives as assigned * Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules Additional requirements: * Work with IT/IS to extract data from various systems * Build reports, graphs and presentations * Develop/tap into multiple data gathering resources externally * Provide recommendations to Executives that are supported with key data findings * Work on project teams as assigned * Perform other tasks as assigned or needed Knowledge Location: Boise, ID Compensation: $45K+ Principals only.
