A local storage facility is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility. Great opportunity to live and work together. Will work from 8am-6pm between the couple, 35 hours each, 5 days/week (to be scheduled.) Required to live onsite. Duties include general office, telephone sales, record keeping, computer bookkeeping, rentals, collections and light maintenance. Prefer exceptional customer service skills, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Previous experience in storage industry a plus.
