Responsibilities *Maintain front desk operations and serve as primary phone operator. *Triage inbound customer calls to appropriate sales or support resources. *Sending, receiving and distribution of all faxes. *Mailing/shipping items, handle deliveries and help ordering office supplies. *Greeting and directing all guests and maintaining conference room schedules. *Work with various vendors and suppliers to ensure that all the various services are provided and facilities properly maintained. This includes but is not limited to janitorial services, maintenance, etc. *Address and deal with facilities problems as they arise. Ensure that manager is informed of problems and alert landlord?s facilities representative as needed, either directly or through supervisor. *Coordinate with Human Resources to accommodate approved moves of existing staff and new hires. *Maintain inventory of supplies and order as necessary. *Manage maintenance of fax machines, copiers and other office equipment.
