The Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Expiatory Temple – St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church is a thriving, vibrant parish of 1000 families, predominantly Latino. As a shrine of the Tulsa diocese dedicated to our Lady of Guadalupe, it has become a cultural and spiritual touchstone to the ever growing Latino population in Eastern Oklahoma. The Shrine has many needs both practical and spiritual. As the priests are consumed with their ministry and various apostolates, there is a team of religious and lay helpers to assist the pastor in the business and administration of the parish. The Shrine is also currently planning a capital campaign to renovate and expand the parish campus. With these practical needs in mind, the Shrine is seeking a bi-lingual, practicing, orthodox Catholic Administrator with a high moral standard who can discretely and effectively both manage the business of the parish and effectively drive the campaign forward. Preferred Qualifications, in descending order of importance: 2-5 years administration experience, including: Managing others, delegating Computer savy, including Microsoft Office, Quikbooks, and databases Working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable Non-profit development office experience highly valued Perfectly fluent in Spanish and English, speaking, reading, & writing Gregarious, friendly, and otherwise good-natured Well dressed and mannered; socially confident and graceful Bachelor’s degree Location: Tulsa Principals only.
