Responsibilities: -Acts as confidential assistant to the CEO. -Screen and process all incoming information. This can include screening, reviewing, prioritizing, and drafting responses for email, incoming phone calls and other correspondence. -Provides written drafts of correspondence, reports and e-mail announcements for revision/review by CEO. Also prepares and distributes documents for the Executive Director from dictation or handwritten drafts as well as outgoing mail, contracts and other materials as requested. -Fully manage a very busy and changeable schedule using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, and a Blackberry platform, with close attention to desired priorities of the CEO. -Act as liaison with appointments and guests; assures that meeting timelines are met and takes initiative to assure that CEO scheduling is achieved as planned. -Prepares the CEO?s expense reports. -Coordinate local and national travel arrangements including driving directions, booking flights, scheduling hotel reservations, creating detailed itineraries. -Communicate with many high level donors and national partners while implementing special projects or initiatives. -Oversee Marketing and PR projects.
