Job Summary Under the direction of the pre-construction manager, this position provides support for the pre-construction department. Typical functions include: managing the submittal and O&M processes and serving as back-up estimator. Other functions may include management of design build projects through the design phase by providing guidance to the design team as well as conceptual estimating through the design and seeking opportunities to improve methods, processes and procedures that benefit the company. Requirements Associates Degree in a construction related field preferred. Experience in the construction industry is preferred. The ability to organize, schedule and manage projects. The ability to read and communicate clearly in the English language. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salary Regular Full Time, M-F, Compensation is dependent on experience.
