POSITION: Division Manager LOCATION: TX and OK DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Vice President of Operations PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee, monitor, develop and guide Sr. Collection Managers, Collection Managers and Collection Supervisors • Analyze collection trends and make appropriate adjustments to maximize revenue and performance • Develop and maintain strong client relationships • Maintain compliance with all FDCPA and State Laws. • Responsible for goal attainment and overall collection performance for office • Direct and manage day to day operations of Collections Department • Communicating potential risk exposure to Executives • Facilitate open communication with peer group • Weekly deliverables as directed by the Vice President of Operations • Investigate internal & external written complaints • Evaluating job performance and, as necessary, administering disciplinary action • Interviewing applicants and recommending potential hires for collectors and above • Facilitate staffing levels based on client needs and account levels • Other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: • 7 years collection and 2 years management experience • Knowledge of industry related concepts and terminology • Exceptional communication and leadership skills • Advanced written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Contact: Carol Altshuler Phone: 952-830-1420 Email: carol.altshuler@PrincetonOne.com PrincetonOne is an equal employment opportunity employer.
