Responsibilities: Conduct financial aid interviews, including counseling students on available funding and assisting in completion of applications with required documentation. Also responsible for completion of subsequent financial aid package(s) as necessary; responsible for tracking down student progress on financial aid package to ensure completion within 3 weeks of enrollment; performs analysis on family contribution and aid index for campus-based funds and awards such funds; review campus-based funding availability on a weekly basis and must have excellent customer service skills, be detailed oriented and able to multi task in a VERY fast paced environment.
