Responsibilities: -Oversee all front office operations by answering phones, managing the reception area, and responding to general information questions. -Ordering office supplies as needed by each department. -Perform light copying, faxing, and filing. -Manage a busy office calendar including scheduling group meetings and conference calls. -Update and maintain files and databases. -Process expense reports and submit in a timely manner. -Assist with a variety of special projects, as needed. Qualifications: -6+ months of administrative support experiences. -Superb written and verbal communications abilities. -Great organizational skills and an excellent work ethic. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
