Overview:Provide support to trucking department by assisting Truck Manager in daily operations and maintaining all records pertaining to the livestock trucking division of the Land & Livestock Group. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Enter driver's trip envelopes into the computer to record payroll, driver benefits, taxes, and licensing. Enter driver’s logs into computer program to insure that we are in compliance with DOT. Skills & Experience Required:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.Supervisory skills desired.  Excellent computer skills; including Excel, Word, and Grainsmart. Posses good interpersonal skills.
