The characteristics which will help you succeed are a high energy level with the ability to handle multiple task including answering phones, leasing apartments, rent collection and directing the employees as a team. This position requires honesty, dependability, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and the ability to work with e-mail, Word, and management software.
