Moonlight Basin is excited to introduce a new position of Building Maintenance Manager. This full time year round position will be responsible for preventive and ongoing maintenance of all Moonlight facilities, including 2 Lodges, 9 large facilities, 13 temporary facilities, 14 smaller buildings and Moonlight Basin constructed home warranties. Candidates who apply will have the ability to develop a work order system that interfaces with our current purchase order system, create budget and tracking systems. Have preventive maintenance and management skills. Be compliant with building code standards. Implement department cost control standards, and develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all Moonlight Basin buildings and facilities. A proven manager who is committed to developing a preferred contractors and vendors list, manage all inventory, and develop a 7 day weekly coverage program within the department. Carpentry experience with working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and HVAC required. Winter season snow removal will be necessary. The ideal candidate will be professional and organized, able to communicate with homeowners, guests and Managers; computer literate and business oriented. A clean driving record is a must as a company vehicle will be provided on-site.
