Seeking a dynamic individual with strong supervisory experience to manage a clubhouse and staff serving in excess of 350 youth members. Responsible for day-to-day clubhouse operations, including program planning and implementation, staff training and supervision, facility upkeep, donor and community relations, grant and program budget management, student transportation, and more. WILL TRAIN in nationally proven Boys & Girls Clubs core programs. Qualifications: BA, and 3 years related experience (school age youth program experience preferred), or similar combination of education and/or experience; ability to train and motivate staff; strong oral and written communication; basic computer skills; and successful background working with youth and families. Must be over 21 years old, with valid AK driver’s license, good driving record, and insured reliable vehicle.
