Under the general guidance of the Branch Operations Manager, the Account Manager maintains client satisfaction with our services, inspects client properties, provides proposals to clients for services and follows up with clients. Must provide daily communication to Field Supervisors relative to client property issues and performance; each account manager has a goal for development of new business off of their existing client base. Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2 years industry or industry related experience in a supervisory role with customer interface responsibilities. Proficient in spoken English with a working knowledge of the written language. Conversational skills in Spanish. Able to read and comprehend complex, instructions, procedures, blue prints.
