The Revenue Manager is responsible for the maintenance of all hotel contracts ensuring availability and competitive pricing. We currently offer hotel contracts at most hotels in Las Vegas, Laughlin, Reno, Mesquite, Primm, Orlando, Hawaii, California and other destinations throughout the country. Administrative duties involved in all aspects of revenue management Familiarization with various hotel PMS programs Familiar with margin, markup and rate parity Familiar with electronic booking processes (one way and two way) Strong understanding of hotel contracts Market studies and trends to assess pricing structures and competitive set pricing Work with Sales Team to focus on sales ADR and Occupancy strategy Instruct and advise immediate supervisor on current revenue management procedures and policies Assist in loading new hotels; including writing descriptions, loading photos and rates Assist in training of hotel coordinators in revenue management issues Set career path and goals for hotel coordinators Work with sales team to establish and implement pricing, yield, and selling strategies for all hotels, based on market factors and company guidelines Monitor competitor strategies and data; maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management Monitor and communicate fluctuations in sales to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency Strong operations, analytics and or sales background in the hotel industry Accounting background Revenue management skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent at building relationships Nurturing yet firm management style Ability to work with people at all levels both internally and externally Strong computer skills specializing in excel , word and power point **EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE, YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH HOTEL RATES AND INVENTORY, NO EXCEPTIONS** Benefits including competitive salary, paid vacation, paid sick, medical, 401k, and travel discounts.
