We are looking for a high energy, results-driven professional to manage a team of 10-12 debt recovery associates. As a Call Center Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Management Team to create a positive work environment, implement policies, and develop new strategies to achieve departmental goals. You will also effectively communicate objectives, set performance expectations, and facilitate team building exercises to motivate their staff. Minimum Qualifications: • Experience managing in a call center environment • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks • Training and development of associates • Proven motivation and leadership skills • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong initiative and creative approaches to problem-solving • Proven organization and time management skills • Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to debt collections (Preferred) • College degree or equivalent experience required • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills • Ability to Type a minimum of 25wpm and 10-Key • Must be available 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Saturday for a rotating schedule.
