RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all renting activities, rent collections, vendors scheduling and billing, turnovers, maintenance activities, resident affairs, marketing campaigns, etc. Supervises a staff of 10+ employees. Efficiently manages 30 day notices, evictions, move-ins and move-outs. Submits all required reports. Uses standard office equipment, physically walks and inspect property and units on a daily basis. Performs any additional duties or tasks as assigned by the property supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably 2 years experience supervising a staff of 6+ employees and managing 100+ units assuming the above duties. Must have excellent closing skills, Fair Housing knowledge, good organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent computer skills, One Site property management software experience a plus, GED or equivalent required (degree preferable) and must have a clean background.
