I am a single, professional female. I am very quiet and clean, and own a male housebroken dog (yes, he is neutered). I am looking to rent a 1 or 2 BR apartment (or small cottage) up to $800; however, due to an eviction (fall 2008), I am unable to even apply for apartments with managed companies. It was my fault, so I did take responsibility - the debt is paid off and I have changed my spending/saving/planning habits. However, my current contract in Hillsboro is ending this summer, and I am looking at a position in the Wilsonville area. As a landlord, I can see why you would not want to rent to me, but I am more than willing to provide an extra deposit if you would consider renting to me.
