Our company is looking for an extremely dependable, independent, results oriented and organized people person to answer phones, work with both internal and external customers, maintain our computer and hard copy files,update company intranet as needed and general office duties. Additionally, assist the accounting department with A/R posting, A/P and customer invoicing.
Must have an excellent ability to communicate and truly enjoy dealing with customers of all kinds. At least 2 years of general office experience is required and a background in accounting is prefered.
Location: Wilsonville OR
Compensation: Salary DOE. Benefits included.
