A full sized mattress is available, otherwise the room is empty. We share a Jack & Jill bathroom. There is additional storage in the basement and garden shed. The kitchen is well equipped and cozy. Heat & cooking is gas. Washer/dryer. Wireless Internet. Possible baby grand piano. In back is a large organic garden patrolled by five hens. There’s possible planting space should you love to play in the dirt. The house is located on a low-traffic dead end, blocks away from up and coming downtown Milwaukie – library, gym, coffee shops, farmer’s market, bike paths and a Tri-Met transit hub. Sellwood is just up the street and a12-minute hop gets you to downtown Portland, or Oregon City. Rent is $425. First & last month rent upfront, please. We split utilities.
