Hey there, I am renting a house and have an extra room for rent. It is a very nice house it was just built in 2004! I am looking for someone with low drama and no pets please. Also a Non smoker. I love it out here in sandy I am very close to town about a two min drive. So it makes it easy to get to the grocey store and gym etc... The house has enternet, washer, dryer, microwave, dish tv and dishwasher.And for the utlitiys we would spilt.The house is always kept very clean by me! I have one dog she is a female and her name is molly she is a chocolate lab. She is my pride and joy. She is just a baby! We have a full back yard with a bbq and patio table with a fire pit also.
