We need a fifth wheel, no larger than 26 ft. long. We want to swap our Manufactured home. It is a 1988 Redman, 3 bedroom , 2 bath, with rv sized carport, triple paned windows, heat pump. 2 decks, 10x13 shed. We have many flowers including roses, azaleas, daphne, rose of sharon, tiger lilies, and others. There are two 4 x 6 (I think) containers so you can have a container garden. Space rent is $430, and includes water, garbage and sewer. This is in a family park. It is very quiet here. We have good managers. We want to have some money besides the fifth wheel.
