As an Information and Assistance Specialist you will provide information and assistance or referrals to the senior population and persons with disabilities and their caregivers. You will screen and authorize services for seniors and assist people with disabilities to access and arrange in-home and community services. A Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience providing direct human services or two years of relevant college level courses with four years of experience providing direct human services is required.
