Hi there! I am 22 and my bf is 24 and we are moving into a 2 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom Apartment in Cascade Park/East Vancouver. They are very nice! We have a pool, hot tub, 24/7 tanning, 24/7 work out room, and a business center with a tv and computer. *Our apartment is furnished with a 47 inch flat screen tv, leather sofa, xbox 360 with the necessities (rock band, guitar hero, halo, resident evil 5) and nintendo, DVD player with massive surround sound, stainless steel pots and pans...and lots more :) * Rent is $350+ utilities or $400 including utilities, which includes the following: -10.5 feet X 11 feet room -your own bathroom -washer and dryer in unit -balcony -storage space if needed -the highest speed cable internet that comcast has.. -any cable TV promo that comcast is having (we really dont watch TV though so its usually up in the air...) -Carport is available for $20 a month, other than that its a free for all but there is lots of free parking on both sides of our unit -We are in an end unit so we have more privacy *Us! -Im 22, I work at a bank and have steady income. I drive a 2002 Subaru WRX and snowboard in my winter free time. -He is 24, a web designer and we are working on our 4th year in our relationship. He drives a 2006 Subaru WRX and also snowboards in all his winter free time. -We have 1 miniature dachshund and 2 cats. All are well behaved and potty trained. Sorry, we cannot have any more animals in our home. -I like to cook, and it would be cool to find someone that likes the same kinds of foods and we can share "community" groceries *You: -We are really open when it comes to roommates. -We prefer that you are female so that there are no uncomfortable moments... -Be clean and pet free... -No leaving random men at our house while you are not home (sorry this has happened before lol) -we can be friends or acquaintances, its up to you :) * Move in: -Our application fee was only $15, but they said it was a special. Please be prepared to pay anywhere from $15-50 for an application fee. -Security deposit is $200, 1/2 of which is refundable at move out as long as your room is free of damage. The other $100 will go towards our personal cleaning of your room, carpets, and replacement of doors or patching of holes.
