Our fourth roommate, after four years, just moved out of town and we are looking for a new roommate. Our house is a 4 br 3 ba view home on a quiet cul-de-sac at the base of Mnt. Soledad in Pacific Beach. We a have spectacular view of the Bay and lots of natural light. The house has storage and laundry and an open living room, dining room and kitchen space with fireplace. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. The room for rent is bright and has direct access (via a sliding glass door) to the backyard and shares a bath with one other female (therefore, a female is preferred). The rent is $650 plus ¼ utilities (~$110/month and includes water, electricity, cable, internet, & cleaning lady). We also require a $500 security deposit, a credit check and rental references. Sorry no smokers and no pets! There is plenty of safe and well lit parking on the street. There are currently three of us living in the house - ages 37 (male), 35 (female) and 30 (female). We all work and/or are in grad school. We are outgoing and fun but past the all-night party lifestyle stage.
