We have two roommates moving out so, two of us plus a dog are currently looking for 2 new roommates. We'd like to get the rooms filled sometime in February (preferably by March 1st). Rents are $820 & $890 and the deposits are $844 each. We all split cable/wireless internet/electric/water which runs us each around $100/month. The lease runs through October and we'd like someone who will be here for at least that long. We have a 2,000 square foot house in La Jolla, about 2 blocks from Windan'sea beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very quaint. Although you can only see a peek of the ocean from one window (standing on your toes on a clear day), you can hear it on the patio at night. The house is two levels with a patio, garage, and two parking spaces (street parking is never a problem); the bottom level has 4 carpeted bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upstairs has a half bathroom, washer/dryer, and track lighting . The Kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, large sink, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. One room that will be open ($820) has mirrored closets and built in shelves/cabinets, and two large windows and shares a bathroom with the other open bedroom and I. The second bedroom ($890) is the second biggest in the house, also has mirrored closets, built in shelves/cabinets and one large window. About Us: We are two professional 27 year old females and a Vizsla (dog). We like our place to stay clean and are looking for someone who is clean as well; although we are not anal about it. We like to have a good time on the weekends, but usually don't have a lot of parties at our place, minus the occasional dinner/cocktail celebration. We are very postive, fun, and respectful of eachother and are looking for someone else who is the same, preferably a female between 24 and 35. We don't have drama and are very good at communicating if any issues arise and want to live with people who are the same in that respect. Also, must not be allergic to animals.
