We are four working professionals (3 females and 1 male) in our mid- to late-twenties looking for a new roommate to move in by February 1st. We also live with a medium sized dog who is very calm and friendly, and will not get into your stuff. The house includes a large kitchen, comfortable living room, lots of windows and open space, and a backyard. Amenities include HDTV, DVR, cable internet, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Utilities run on average for $50 a month. Room is approximately 10'x10'. We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, friendly, outgoing, financially responsible. No hermits please since we all enjoy hanging out together!
