Share ½ cleaning and utilities (electric, water and cable and internet). Close enough to SDSU but removed enough so that if you don’t go to school there you wouldn’t even notice that a college is a mile away. Me: 25 year old female, work full time, graduate from SDSU but working on getting master’s degree so I go to class 2 nights a week after work. Easy going, like to have a good time, drink on the weekends, but don’t party at the house often. Very outgoing, social, respectful and friendly. I really like to cook and sometimes have friends over for dinner. Would love it if new roomie was cool to hang out with.
