Hello, I am a 23 year old female working and going to school. I would like to save some money for future purposes and I figure this is a good way. I am not home all the time and the master bedroom is big enough to share...i was doing it for the past 6 months. It works out well. Big closet and bathroom. We would split the rent, you dont have to worry about utilities. I live with my 2 brothers in our 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex in la mesa. We are all very fun and easy going. we are also very busy during the week. This is perfect for a college student or someone that just needs cheap rent.
