We have one room open in our 2 story 3 bedroom (plus a loft as a fourth room) condo, that is right on ocean front walk in Mission Beach. We literally wake up to the waves crashing every morning...it's sick to say the least. Anyways, one of our roomates unfortunatly can't afford to pay rent anymore, so we are in need of a fourth roomate to finish off her 9month lease--which ends at the end of May. I know 3 months is a short time to move into a place for, but it's totally worth it, especially with spring comming up! So a little bit about us. Two of us are 19 year old girls finishing up our last semester at Mesa, and headed for SDSU. The other is a 23 year old guy finishing up school at SDSU. There are 3 other units in our "complex" and they are all filled with 21year old college kids. We like to have a good time thats for sure (BBQ's, fun nights/adventures hah etc.) but we can settle down and get our school work done too. We are 420 friendly. Our neighbors are super chill, a definate plus. We are looking for someone who is chill like us, drama free, and that we can of course get a long with (and who can pay rent hah). The total rent for the house is $3,200. The rent for the room available is $825, and the only other bill that we have to pay is the SDGE bill, which is usually around $15 a person, of course with spring comming up it should be cheaper (more daylight, less using lights). The best part of this deal is definatly location location location....we all wish we could live in it in the summer, but it gets too expensive.
