I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom downtown condo. It is conveiniently located on the Gaslamp side of East Village, walking distance to all restaurants and bars, easy access to all freeways. The condo is spacious with a great view, very clean, and nicely decorated. It is tastefully and fully furnished with everything you'd ever want in the kitchen. You have full use of common areas. The room is not furnished, and decent sized. Fits a king size bed and more. I do have 2 great dogs, so I ask that you be a dog lover, as they are both cuddlers. As for me...I am a 31 year old female, I am honest, clean and enjoy hanging out, I am looking for the same qualities in a roomie, I don't want someone that is going to hide in their room. I like going out, but do not bring the party home, and expect the same from others, I have a nice place and like my home time. My other rooomie is a 22 year old female who shares the same qualities as me, but she is rarely home. Rent is $750 including all utilities, I do have cable and wireless internet.
