Utilities run about $100 each month for cable/internet, water, and gas/electric bills. All appliances included. Living room and kitchen partially furnished by existing roommates; you are responsible for furnishing your own bedroom. The room is about 11x11- it fits a computer desk, a full size bed, and a couple of bookshelves with space to spare. There is also a small indoor/outdoor cat in our home, but we cannot have anymore pets. The current roommates are both females in their mid-early 20s. One roommate attends nursing school at SDSU and the other works full-time and also studies for her master's degree through an online program, so it's a calm and quiet household during the week.
