We are 3 roommates(2 guys and 1 girl) in their twenties, looking for a fourth roommate for February 1st. We live in a four bedroom house, very close to UTC, buses, USCD shuttle and Vons. The room is unfurnished with a closet and you can have a TV if you want. Sharing bathroom. The rent is 550$ per month + one month rent deposit, the utilities are between 20 and 40$ and the cable and wireless around 26$, so in total, it's around 600$. We have a laundry room which includes washing machine and dryer. We are laid back and like to hang out together during the week end.
