One Room for Rent in four bedroom House with pool.I just purchased this house and am looking for one last cool roomie to share it with (four people total). I have repainted, remodeled, and upgraded the entire place (granite counters, hardwood floors, family room, living room, dining room, new cabinets, washer dryer, wireless internet, cable). Ready for move in now. This house has a great central location (near beaches, downtown, and La Jolla) I work hard Monday through Friday and am not home very much.
