Room for rent is available now. Rent is $600 plus 1/2 utilities and deposit. Rent includes digital cable and internet. This is a month-to-month lease. I am looking for one person to share a modern 1150 sq. ft. modern 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with myself in a security building in the college area. The room is 13 x 10. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. You have your own bathroom. The complex has a Jacuzzi and I have a treadmill that you can use. The condo is furnished (except for your room of course) for the most part but I am very open about incorporating your belongings as well. If you don't have much that is also okay. There is always plenty of off street parking as well as guest parking. I work full time, am responsible and consider myself to be down to earth and very easy going. I am looking for a nonsmoker.
