We have a room for rent in our three bedroom house in Ocean Beach. We are two 26 year olds, both single, both employed, one female one male. She works days and evenings, I work nights. Both of us are eager to meet a new roommate, as our current one is moving in with her boyfriend. The room was originally occupied by a couple and is a perfect setup for that--it is accessible through an outside door and can be completely seperated from the main house. There is a bathroom in the room and you would be the only one with access to it. It is a pretty decent sized room for the beach, and is comfortable for one or two people---we are open to either. The house is really the star of the show! We are just up the hill far enough to have an amazing view of the beach, Pacific Beach and up to La Jolla in the back, and an amazing sunset nightly in the front yard. Just a short walk to the main part of OB and the pier, but far enough away from the noise and riff raff!! We have amazing neighbors, a wonderful landlord who takes care of everything we need and a backyard unmatched by just about any I've seen! Off street parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher...everything!!!! The rent is $950 per month but well worth it! We need someone who can pay the bils and wants a great, laid back place to live with friendly, nice roommates. No real gender preference, just give us an email and tell us if you're interested!
