We're looking for a guy between 21-28 to move in to our 3 bedroom condo in PB. Share a large master bedroom/bath with an easy going, clean, drama free 22 year old guy. The room is plenty big enough for two queen size beds. That's what was in there before and it was no problem. Rent is reasonable considering it INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES and is only 6 blocks from the ocean. The other two roomates are 22 and 23 and have their own rooms. We have our own washer and dryer and we have a double parking space and parking on the street hasn't been a problem. Nice area with a small patio. Deposit is negotiable.
