I'm looking to rent out my room that I have been sharing with a friend of mine. The room is the master, but you would share a bathroom with the other roommate, who is very clean. The bedroom is big, with sliding doors that open onto the patio with a view of the bay. This apartment is awesome in the summer! Fully furnished, with plenty of street parking. Here is what we are looking for: female only, non-smoker (cigs AND 420), non-druggie, between 23-30 preferrably. My roommate drinks, but only socially. She works day shifts, so we are looking for someone with a similar schedule who isn't trying to stay up all night during the week making noise. Ideally, we would like someone who will become a friend to all of us, but that's not a priority. We just need someone responsible, friendly, and normal! :) The apartment does not allow pets, and there will be a credit check, as well as a $250 deposit.
