I am a single female in my early thirties, with a great 2 year old Australian Shepard. I work pretty much a 9-5 job that my dog attends with me everyday. I do not “party”, and am not 420 friendly. I enjoy coming home to relax after work with a glass of wine. I am quiet, clean, and not a freak about much of anything. I am very easy going, fun, and love to cook. I have been looking for a place by myself, but have run into a few snags. I want to live in a nice area, with a comfortable home. The max I can spend on rent is $800… This is my snag. A deposit is not the issue. I would like to find something in Point Loma, Hillcrest, Normal Heights, maybe even the beach area. I would like to find someone to move into a new place with me so that it feels like home to both of us. I have plenty of furniture (I live in a 2 bedroom), but am completely willing to accommodate yours. I have a washer and dryer. So it would be great to find a place with hook ups. I prefer to live with a male roommate, but am willing to with a drama free female.
