Hi friend! My name is Rosie, and I own a house with my wife, in the very west part of El Cajon. We have a room for rent, that will be availible the 8TH OF JULY, but possibly as early as the 1st. First, I would like to tell you about our house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, two livingrooms, a newly remodled kitchen and a salt-water grey bottom pool in the back yard. The room for rent is the largest of the three. The house has hardwood floor, ceramic tile in kitchen, and we're tiling in the 2nd living room. Oh, and there is a pooltable in the 2nd livingroom, also. There is a router, so internet is available through the house. There is plenty of parking in front! Oh, and we are conviniently located off the 8 freeway, an exit away from the 125. The rent is $500 and per head portion of the utilities; SDG&E, Cox and the water bill that comes every 2 months. There is a $300 deposit. A little about us, now. I'm a 25 year old a female, capricorn (so naturally, I'm very funny and charming...), and I work as a Agency Producer for Faremers Insurance, going on 4 years now. My wife is 27 years old, taurus, and works for the Grossmont High School Distcrict. Both my wife and I are going to school to get our degrees in Social Science with an Education Concentration (so we can be teachers!). Our roomate, Dekeisha, is 31 and a scorpio, and works as a Phlebotomist for Sharp hospital. We all work so much, so during the week, we're very laid back at home. We like to cook, watch TV and go to sleep! The weekends we have our fun. We do drink, we do not do drugs. We are movie buffs and love to bbq! We try to have a family oriented house; we want our next roomate to fit this family/friend style. My wife and I have two mini dapple daschunds dogs and a super cute little bunny. If you have a dog, we may be able to work someting out, no cats however, since my wife is elergic.
