Hello, I am still looking for roommates to fill a 5 bedroom house in Mission Hills. It is a great home with a great layout. 2 rooms share a bathroom downstairs and 2 share a bathroom upstairs. I have a room and bathroom above the garage. It has huge common areas for working or studying and a large fenced yard if you have a dog. One room is available now and another will be available in August. Mission Hills is a great location between Downtown and Old Town. It's right off the 5 freeway between the 8 and 163. The gas lamp district and beaches are just 5 minutes away, but the neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of parking. There is a also a trolley stop (palm street) and plenty of bars and restaurants on Mission Hills Row just a few blocks away. All the roommates are in the mid to late 20's. We work or work and go to school during the week, but on weekends we like to hang out and bbq or enjoy the night life in the area. If you're a chill no-drama person with a work hard play hard attitude then this may be a great fit for you. We do allow pets if they are friendly and well-trained. The rent is $625 and we split the utilities evenly on the 15th. Utilities include digital cable, high-speed internet and house keeping every other week.
