There is a fireplace, balcony, and very cute kitchen. Also laundry on site. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other very clean roommate. The rent is $710 a month plus one 3rd of the utilities running about $60 per person a month. You would be signing a new year long lease starting july1st. I love my apartment and it's beautiful. This is my home and I've been living here for two years now. I'm looking to find a roommate who treats this place like home just like I do. I like having the occasional BBQ on Saturdays or having people over to watch sports games. I'm a huge SD Sports fan. I don't want anyone that is 420 frienly or anyone that brings the party home. You have to be completely DRAMA FREE and NOT CRAZY. My last roommate was nuts and I'm trying to find the complete opposite of her! I want to find someone that picks up after themselves and respect other peoples things.
